1. Agreement

By using www.imperaxismusicgroup.com (the “Site”) or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Services

Imperaxis Music Group provides music production and related creative services. Information on the Site is general and does not guarantee availability, pricing, or creative outcome until confirmed in a separate project agreement or written quote.

3. Contact forms

Form submissions are requests for contact, not a binding contract. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are allowed to share contact details you submit (including phone and email).

4. Partner program

Our partner / referral program lets approved partners earn a commission for introducing clients who hire Imperaxis Music Group.

• Commission: 5% (five percent) of the amount the referred client actually pays Imperaxis for the referred project, after any refunds or chargebacks related to that payment.
• Eligibility: Commission applies only when (a) you are accepted as a partner in writing or by confirmed email, (b) the client is identified as your referral before or at first engagement, and (c) the client was not already an active Imperaxis lead/client for the same project.
• Payment timing: Commission is due only after the client’s payment has cleared. We may pay on a schedule we confirm with you (for example, after project milestones or final payment).
• No employment: Partners are independent. The program does not create employment, agency, joint venture, or exclusivity unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes on commission income in your jurisdiction.
• Changes / termination: We may update program rules or end a partner relationship with notice. Commission already earned on cleared payments before termination remains payable under the terms then in force, unless fraud or policy abuse is involved.
• Conduct: Do not misrepresent Imperaxis, invent offers we did not approve, or use spam / deceptive marketing. We may withhold commission and end the partnership for abuse.

Detailed payout method (bank, transfer app, etc.) is agreed when you join. If these Site terms conflict with a signed partner agreement, the signed agreement controls.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials belong to Imperaxis Music Group or licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission. Music and deliverables for client projects are governed by the project agreement for that work.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Site (including attempts to break security, flood forms, scrape personal data, or interfere with other users). We may block access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free content. Creative outcomes depend on briefs, timelines, and collaboration.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Imperaxis Music Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from Site use, partner referrals, or communications through the Site.

Where liability can be limited, our total aggregate liability related to the Site or a dispute connected to services ordered through the Site is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you actually paid us for your most recent completed project with us, if that payment was received within the 12 months before the claim; or (b) USD 100. If you have not paid us for a project in that 12-month window, the cap is USD 100.

This limit does not apply where the law forbids limiting liability (for example, certain cases of fraud, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights). Project-specific agreements may set different terms for that project’s deliverables; if they conflict with this section for that project, the signed project terms control for that work.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Imperaxis Music Group, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Disputes should first be raised with us at juliancaesarofficial@gmail.com.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
